Tuition & Fees

2025-2026 School Year​

 

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 returning families and $150.00 for New Families. Due at time of Registration

There is a $25.00 late fee if payments are not received by the 22nd of the month.

 

Tuition is divided evenly across 10 months.

 

Tuition payments are due on the first of the month from August through May. You will make a payment plan through our FACTS system.

 

Preschool:

Part Day 3 & 4 year olds Monday-Friday: with lunch

$4000.00/year or $400.00/month

Full Day- $5300.00/year or $530.00/month   with lunch and snack

​

Book Fees: K3 $40.00/year

​

K4 $85.00/year

​

Supply Fee $15.00

​

School Age: K-12th Grade 

$5000.00/year or $500.00/month 

 

Book Fees:

Kindergarten $215.00/year

1st-12th Grade $340.00/year

Activity Fees: $130.00/year

All fees must be paid by July 30th

​

Before/Aftercare:

Available Monday – Friday 7:00am – 8:15 am and/or 3:30pm – 6:00pm

• $130.00/month for students enrolled in WCA

• $65.00 for either just morning care or just afterschool care​

• Occasional Before and/or Aftercare ($6.00 per hour)

 

Before/After Care is for students enrolled in WCA.

Discounts:

Sibling Discount: Additional children 10% off plus the highest tuition

Registration is not online this year. If you need to register come into the office or out of town email us, and it will be sent to you.  wca@westsidewaynesville.com
